counting beats to counting inches

learning architecture the way i understand movement now — through exploration. through asking what if. what if i tried that? what if this works? trying things no one told me to try.

decades shaping space through energy, through bodies, through rhythm. now learning how space gets built in the literal sense — one careful decision at a time, watching structure emerge from chaos.

concrete lessons that can’t be taught, only built through… learning through demolition by — the rubble taught me what the blueprint never could. and patience wasn’t optional… it became the practice. watching delays reveal what mattered.

the construction taught me this…

i can create anything, anywhere, from anything. fearless now — because i know how to start from rubble.
