to transcend is to travel inwards; to travel is to transcend as you go outwards. they’re the same sides of the same coin: of expanding your edges, of knowing and uncovering more about yourself. it’s transcendence in motion. you can be somewhere new and still be you. travelling is to surrender to the unknown, to expand your base in the unknown and bring it into the realm of the known. travelling is a practice.
