Listening to myself is by far the best thing I have done which has taken me closer to my dreams. That way the source is pure and honest in anything I do.
I needed a space which allowed me to explore. Explore differently. And to find people like me. So I created one. It was needed. Like breath.
—what is left is exploration. Base of anything actually. Mostly we create a base for our work or life—and then it just stays there—nice and cozy. Disrupting peace is like inviting trouble. But that’s when we need to start exploring.
Any time of the day, just pause and check if you’re breathing deeply. Make this a habit till the time no pauses are required.
Flow is the only thing on my mind, with the ocean right in front of me as I write and the wind sways the fabric I am wearing. Right now the flow feels effortless—the flow feels right. The only plan I have today is to flow.
I have always been in dance classes where bodies spoke. Words were just decorations. Gestures, physical connections, eye contact—were enough. I love the passing of bodies like passersby. It feels good to toss ideas around and swim in them. It’s needed to activate the creative play factor. Hear your own ideas and use them unabashedly. You like it? Go for it. Make it a habit. Do so much of it—get to know how it feels—ideate without validation—act without permission. Go swim!
Your thought process can be progressive by the second if you travel to all the right places in your mind—unwanted feelings if any, are left far behind. It’s a constant decision to let go of the unnecessary. You have to choose that mindspace. You’ve got one life. The necessary life.
